When will my order be shipped?

TolandFlagStore.com takes tremendous pride in our prompt shipping to our customers all across the US and Canada . We will process your order as soon as possible. Most orders will ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders which are not processed the same day will ship the next business day. International orders will be shipped the next business day.

 

If you purchase items labeled In Stock, your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment confirmation. If you purchase items labeled Out of Stock, your order will be shipped to you within 10 business days following payment confirmation to us.  All delayed orders are closely monitored and you will be notified of their status as information becomes available.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by TolandFlagStore.com only as an estimate. Please refer to the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx for delivery details and guarantees. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. All USPS deliveries are made Monday through Saturday with Federal holidays excluded. UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday with Federal holidays excluded. There are additional charges for Saturday delivery.

Rush Orders
Overnight or 2nd Day mail is only available on flags that we have in stock and are available for immediate shipping.
Expedited Shipping is available at your expense. All payments for rush orders must be received or confirmed prior to processing. Overnight shipping rates will vary depending on service and package weight. A PayPal invoice for any additional charges, including those for overnight shipping, will be emailed to you the same day you place the order. Payment for any additional charges must be received before your order can be shipped. For more information, please contact us. 
Save on Shipping! Each additional flag shipped in the same order is only $1.75! You can also pool your order with friends, family and neighbors to take advantage of this offer! All items must ship to the same address.

TolandFlagStore.com always strives to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Every effort is made to choose the quickest delivery possible within the necessary parameters. We generally ship domestic orders via the U.S. Postal Service First Class for the many of our products that weigh only a few ounces each, and deliveries are usually made within 3 to 7 days. We use FedEx Home Delivery for larger packages which may cost less based on the weight and size of items ordered and again deliveries are usually made within 3 to 7 days. Rates are carrier-calculated, based on distance and weight, and oversized packages may incur additional charges. Oversized means any package that qualifies for and results in additional fees by UPS, FedEx and USPS, also known as Balloon Rate, Dimensional Weight or Over Maximum Limits Charge.

 

Domestic Shipments

Once a package is delivered to the customer's shipping address, it becomes the customer's responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. If that happens, please contact us and we will provide you with your Delivery Confirmation number to give to the U.S. Postal Service. Only the US Postal Service will deliver to P.O. boxes. For all other delivery services, street addresses will need to be provided. 

If you are not available at the time of delivery and a notice is left by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx), you are responsible for picking up the package or rescheduling delivery in the required time frame or the shipping company will return the package to TolandFlagStore.com. If the package is returned to us you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for redelivery.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.  There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the total order or $10.00 whichever is greater or 50% for special order items, for any returned, refused or bounced shipments.

 

International Shipments

TolandFlagStore.com uses the US Postal Service for all shipments outside the United States that weigh less than four pounds. Delivery confirmation and tracking services are not available on International shipments. International shipping and handling charges are based on the items ordered, the destination Country and the US Postal Service shipment selection. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, VAT and other charges imposed on the shipment. If the shipment is unclaimed or returned to TolandFlagStore.com for any reason, the customer will be charged for any of the above charges imposed on us resulting from the unclaimed or returned package, in addition to the original shipping costs. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

TolandFlagStore.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order that is unlikely to reached it is intended destination, has a high potential for fraud, a high incidence of stolen credit cards, an inability to insure packages or a poor record of Children's, Women's or other Human Rights violations.

 

Shipping Damage or Loss
Please contact TolandFlagStore.com directly and immediately to assist you in resolving issues relating to any damages during shipment.

  Save the original packaging if your order is damaged during shipment, email us with the details and we will take care of it. If your order is not received, email us and we will check up on it.  Note: If you received a USPS Delivery Confirmation number it is not a tracking number and information is only updated once the package is delivered. Once a package has been delivered to the customers shipping address, it becomes the responsibility of the customer if the package is lost or stolen. If this occurs, contact us and we will provide you with the Label ID number to give to the USPS to further help them to locate the package. Once we ship an item it becomes the responsibility of either USPS or UPS to track and locate the package.

 

Post Office Boxes

We gladly ship any item to your Post Office Box address. We employ the U.S. Postal Service for this service.

 

APO/FPO Addresses

In support of our troops, TolandFlagStore.com will gladly ship any item to your APO or FPO address. Delivery Confirmation service is not available to APO/FPO addresses. We employ the U.S. Postal Service for this service.

 

Order Cancellations & Changes
Please carefully review your order before finalizing it so that you avoid delays or problems.  

You may cancel, change or correct an order for stock merchandise before the order ships. However, please be aware that we process orders very quickly and once an order is placed we may be unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we hope that our prompt processing makes up for any disadvantage.

 

Orders which have shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged for any incurred expenses that may include, but is not limited to extra shipping and handling charges.  There will be no additional charges for orders canceled prior to shipment except special order items requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit. If an order for stock merchandise has shipped you are responsible for the shipping charges to return an item. 

 

Order Status

We take tremendous pride in providing the best service possible to all of our customers. We personally and promptly respond to every e-mail message we receive. Despite any misgivings you may have about buying online, we are committed to your satisfaction and will not disappoint you.

Once you have placed an item into your shopping cart, to calculate your shipping charges, go to view cart in the upper-right hand side of the website. When there, enter your zip code and choose your shipping method. Shipping fees will be displayed.

Shortly after you complete the checkout process you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us to ensure that your order was received and is being processed.  

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. Items that are currently unavailable for shipment are referred to as Out of Stock. You may still place an order for an Out of Stock item and it will ship to you as soon as it becomes available. Expected availability dates are listed with Out of Stock items.  Please remember that these are only estimated dates of arrival to our warehouse.  You will have the option to cancel at any time prior to shipping.  Out of Stock items are normally back in inventory within 10 business days. They are then shipped out to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Special Orders
Please allow additional time for all special orders, which are marked as such on this website. If you have chosen a custom-made or special order item, our goal is to ship it to you within 2 to 3 weeks. We understand that once you place an order you are eager to receive it.

Discounts are only offered for quantity orders or for fundraisers for schools or non-profit organizations. If you are interested or have any questions please contact  us. You may also be interested in reading about our Fundraising Program, found in the footer of every page.

Errors & Omissions:
Although it is very rare, on occasion there is an error, omission or ambiguity in a published sale or description. Should this happen, we reserve the right to correct the error or to clarify the description. If you have ordered the item before the correction we may cancel the order and issue you a refund or may make other reasonable adjustments.

NEED A Gift Sent?

We can ship to an alternate address at your request.  Contact us with the shipping information and we will be happy to send your order to someone as a gift. We do not include an invoice with the gift order, but we do include a special gift note.

Tax
TolandFlagStore.com, a subsidiary of Discount deals Now, LLC, is a business incorporated in Wyoming and as such we are required by law to collect sales tax of 6% for items purchased within the State of Wyoming .

Defective Merchan dise

If you receive a product that is defective, please e-mail us immediately and we will arrange a convenient return or exchange for the same product, if it deemed defective.  TolandFlagStore.com will inspect any claims of damaged or defective goods prior to replacement. Merchandise which has been determined by us to be defective is limited to replacement with a like item. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please keep your boxes in good shape with as little marking as possible. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect. 

 

Return Policy

We strive to do our best, but should there be an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we will gladly correct our error.

 

Exchanges and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and require a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). To discuss a return, please contact us. Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in re-saleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No refund will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and all shipping charges are nonrefundable.
